not change what's in comments that are already in the document. If you need
help with that, you'll have to tell us the version of Word involved, and any
available approach may require some programming skills.

Tools/Options/User Info. It's the entry for the user initials. But that might
not change what's in comments that are already in the document. If you need
help with that, you'll have to tell us the version of Word involved, and any
available approach may require some programming skills.
