'Insert' button dissapeared off Outlook

Hello

The Insert button has disappeared off the toolbar in my
Outlook. I have gone into view > toolbars > customize >
commands and it doesn't appear in the catergories list.
Does anyone know how i can add it back?

Go to a new mail message.
Right click on the toolbar/Customize/Insert Category. Drag the insert file
paperclip icon to the toolbar.
