Insert an object

Hi all

I have inserted a word document as an object, but when I
mail the document to a person, the user gets an error
message as "the link not specified".

Please help me out.

You'll need to embed the object, or if linked send both the container
document and the linked document.

I have tried embedding as an object too, but it doesn't
work. Moreover, I don't want to send the container
document and link document both at the time, only one
source file it should go.

What went wrong with embedding? It works in general -- it's something I do
often.

Is there some reason you inserted it as an object (which involves OLE and is
a huge load on Word) rather than using Insert | File?
