Use Windows' Character Map function for this. If Character Map is not listed
in your Accessories folder in Start | All Programs, you can probably find it
here:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\charmap.exe
Choose a font, find the accented o character, click the Select button, and
then click Copy. You can then paste it to your e-mail.
There may be other ways to handle this -- if so, hopefully someone else will
jump in.
