Attempting to upgrade system from PIII (Intel board) to
AMD XP2100 (MSI MS-6341 board). I get the following error
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xEB81B84C, 0XC0000034, 0x00000000,
0x00000000) INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. Attempted to add
drivers to WINNT/System32/Drivers and import a registroy
update (http://www.influentialcomputers.co.uk/windows2000-
tips-stop-7b.asp) with no results. Any suggestions as to
what drivers need to be brought in and what reg edits are
required?

First thing I'd do is get the latest BIOS for you board.
Often that will solve the problem on its own.
