inline frame

is it possible for someone to open up "other" web pages in
my inline frame, if i keep the start link and every link
in it to pages in my web address? reason why is i right
clicked and had an option at home to "get cached snapshot
of page" and if i do that it sends me to google, then
there is no links back and it just looks stupid.

If you had a right click option on the context menu, it has nothing to do
with your web page or FrontPage.
The right click context menu is a browser function, so if you have a "cached
snapshot" option it is because you installed Google toolbar or some other
third party application.
