Inline frame links problem

One one of my pages, I want to put an inline frame within a table (180x150).
This page will contain some links to other pages in the web site.

I have successfully created it but the problem I am facing is that when I
click on one of the links within the inline frame, it goes to the required
page but the BACK button on my browser (IE6, Mozilla Firefox etc) refuses to
return to the previous page (where the inline frame is added).

How can I overcome this problem so the back button in the browser goes back
to the original page?

I hope I am explaining it right.

Oops, I meant "On one of my pages" and not 'One one of my pages...'

The browser history only knows of the page that link was on, that you clicked on, as being the
previous page, not the page that contained the IFrame.
