Inline Frame

If you got to this page (http://www.elearning.b2bmediaco.com/
enews.php) you will see an inline frame. The page thats in the window
is a page hosted by another server that I can not update. You will
notice that the page requires you to scroll to the right to see the
sponsors. I need to find a way to be able to show that entire page
horizontally with out changing the size of the inline frame. Is there
some way I can make so the page being displayed in the inline frame is
zoomed out on the page so every thing looks smaller? The way this is
suppose to work is that this first page shows, but small enough to
show the entire page, then if they want to see the enlarged version
they will click the links to the left to get pop up page. I can do all
that, the only problem is how to deal with this scrolling issue. Any
ideas about the zoom?

I do have an idea though. I will make that page in the window a image.
Then I will shrink it and put it in the inline frame. I will then make
it so a person must click this image that looks like the normal page
but smaller to allow a pop up window to appear that is the actual
page. Any better ideas?

I think I made this harder then it really is.Im just going to copy the
source code and make my own changes to it. Unless any one still knows
how to do that zoom deal.

Its my aunts web site for her magazine obviously it would be
legitimate since the name on that page is the same as the one on her
web site. It's just a different company that makes that page. To the
question I had...
