inline auto complete

Hello,
Hope someone can help me. Since recently re-newing my hard
drive and installing windows xp pro i have found that i
cannot turn off the inline auto complete option. I have
turned it of on the internet options box and clicked
apply, but the auto complete is still working. Can anyone
please tell me how to stop the auto complete?

Run the disable regedit on line 37 (right hand side)
