Inkjet -> laser

I had a Epson inkjet printer for about 10 years. It died (prints black bars
all the time.) Question: I have 4 reams (unopened) of inkjet paper. What flaws
will I get using this paper in a laser printer?

glossy photo paper might melt in a laser printer so do not use it!

If it's just the white bond type of paper it will work. The
difference between inkjet and laser bond paper is that
the surface is optimized for ink, or toner adhesion. Try
a few prints to make sure the toner adheres properly.

Thanks. I will when I get the printer set up.
If you're talking about photo inkjet paper, don't use it.
The surface coating will melt in the laser printer.

Nah. This is just Office Depot brand, 24 pound, 113 brightness,
acid free, 35% recycled paper. It says on the package "Premium
inkjet paper." "Specially formulated surface for crisp, clear images."
"New! Improved, smoother sheet!"

I buy the same thing in both injet and laser types. I've had to
interchange at times and, truth be told, I can't see much of a
difference. You're good to go.

Thanks for the confirmation.
