Ink levils never go to full alwas stay on emty

I have a LEXMARK X63 all in one. printer, fax, scan, copy,
Every time I replace the ink cartages the gage never
moves it always stays on empty . Im using Windows XP
Profecinal can any body tell me how to fix this . If so
please contact me I need help . Thank you for your time.

Look in the printer manual. Some printers have reset switches you must push
to tell them you've changed the cartridge.

I believe also that Lexmark now chips their cartridges, so if you're
refilling them, it won't work without a chip resetter.
