Ink Level Status

I have an Epson Stylus C70 Plus. When I print it usually
gives me a status of ink levels. This is now 'greyed
out'. Even when I go into the Epson Status Monitor 3, it
will not give me ink levels. What have I done? and how
can I get it back please?
