Has anyone any experience with the MICR ink jet ink sold by G7?

I was interested in this material as an alternative for check printing
with a MICR toner.

I know of ink sold by Canon, HP and Epson. I never knew of a printer
called G. It must be a new maker. =-O

MICR is somewhat of an archaic technology. Most banks have replaced
their magnetic ink reading equipment with optical reading devices
(OCR). Anyway, even if your checks are printed with regular, non-
magnetic ink, and that bank gets it, they will enter it in by hand.
