Initial Scan

Upon installing .. I initiated a scan.
during the scan there was a splash screen indicating I had
a Trojan in a WIN 32 file...however, final report indicated no
problems!

1) Submit suspected spyware report in the tools menu of Antispyware
2) Reboot in safe mode and run a deep scan
3) Run antivirus (with current definitions) while you are in safe mode.

Did you happen to have a pop up during the scan with a
red screen asking if you wanted to remove that file from
your computer? If you did, it found the virus during the
initial scan but will not show it again if removed during
the scan, before the scan was completed.

That splash screen sounds unusual to me--do you mean an alert from the
real-time protection? If you blocked, based on the alert, then it wouldn't
show on the scan, I suspect.
