Inheritable permissions on user in AD

I have one user where I mark for "Allow inheritable
permissions form parent to propagate to this object"
under Security. My problem is that after about 10-15
minutes the mark and all the inherited permissions are
gone.

What can I do to solve this problem?

I may be a policy that is reversing the changes you are making on the
permissions.

I have also come to that conclusion. The problem now is
to locate the policy that reverses the changes.
