i am doing my assignment in this i have some topics in
which i need help.

1) Assess the remaining viewable area after browser
toolbars have been taken in to account (comment on
button/icon size)

I guess I really shouldn't be doing your homework for you, but I think
they're asking how much of the page is visible on your monitor WITHOUT your
having to scroll down (usually called the cut off line)...

Can you read and understand most of the page without having to scroll down
further.

You can have large icons or small icons on the taskbar... having larger
icons obviously decreases the amount of the viewable page.
