Ok, every time my mouse lands near words on my web pages it creates a yellow
information box. Does anyone know how to turn off this feature? It is driving
me crazy.

On ALL web pages? Some intentionally have such things. Not much you can do
about them but to disable scripting.

However, if it is each and every page it is almost surely malware.

It appears to be a 'feature' that I can't turn off. It is just annoying, but
it isn't really causing any problems. I don't think it is malware. It seems
like more of a navigational tool. Everytime I point with the mouse to
something with script, it's a yellow box that comes on the screen to tell me
what I am pointing at. Does that make any more sense than my first post? Or
does it sound about the same?
Thanks 4 the help :-)

In there you'll find a nice light free application that you can take
screenshots with that will include the cursor. If you could take a
screenshot and upload it then we might understand a bit better. If you
haven't anywhere to upload it then feel free to email it to me - the email
address I use here is a real one. .JPG version should be just fine and
plenty small.
