Hi, My computer loves the infinite loop apparently. Or atleast when my
video card and motherboard are together they do. When I am playing a few 2D
Games or just sufing the 'net, the screen locks up and after 5 mouse clicks
my computer beeps at me. Then in about 20 seconds Windows tells me that the
computer has just pulled itself out of an infinite loop (or something along
those lines, "Infinite Loop" isn't stated). When i send an error report,
Microsoft tells me that Windows caused the error and an update is available.
Alas, there are none on Windows Update. My video card works flawlessly in
my brother's machine, and his video card is great in mine, no loops, no
problems. (I dont want to trade since my card tears his apart). So, what
shall i do? Buy a new motherboard, a new video card, or is there some magic
XP fix?
My System:
Win XP Pro (Full Install)
512 Pc3200 RAM
SOYO P4X400 Dragon Lite
Sapphire ATI Radeon 9600 XT (128 MB)
P4 3.06ghz, hyperthreading
400 Watt Powersupply with 17Amps at +12V
-Thanks, Chris
