infected!!!!!!!

I just used antispyware for 1st time ,a zillion things
had to be removed ,infected!!!!!! does this mean the
whole file was removed or just thte infected parts???
sorry new to computers. will my system go back to good as
new?
 
It is suppose to automatically quarantine malicious items. I would recommend
you restart in safe mode, open AntiSpyware, on the Scan Page > click Scan
Options > Full System Scan (check boxes below) > click "Run Scan Now".
