infected file not removable

virus detected in netclnt.exe, but when I try to remove it prompt says "file in use." No other programs are open. Tried to boot up in safe mode, but my admin account gets rejected with prompt "wrong password or insfficient access." How can I delete this file? Windows is slow and gets annoying repetitive alerts.
 
From the Task Manager (Processes tab) try closing explorer.exe, then delete
the file, then from the Task Manager (Processes tab) click New Task and
enter explorer.exe.
