Infected EUZA.exe file

The EUZA.exe file was infected with the SWEN.A WORM which
resulting in me deleting this file. The Worm has done
enough damage already and without the EUZA exe I am unable
to load my Executable files. Does anyone know where I get
a another copy of this file?

That is not a Windows file at all. See if this helps:

To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
