Infected computer with Trojan Horse virus.

How can I clear virus and restore computer to original programming. Original restore programming does not eliminate the virus.

Also dependant on the virus in question, you could search at any of the
various AV vendor sites for specific cleaning tools\utilities they provide
to specifically remove\clean infected machines. Example: My company uses
Symantec where we can get cleaning tools for specific viruses such as
Welchia.
