I am trying to find out wehat this file is for. One of
my antivirus software has pulled this up as a suspicious
file. I sent the file off and, like the secondary
antivirus, it came back no suspicious files or virus.

My questions is why would one question it and the other
not? What is this file responsible for? I had deleted it
6 months ago, but it is a part of windows and I
reinstalled windows xp recently so it is there again.

Deleting this file would cause what to happen?? why would
it trigger a warning?

Hi,

Don't know why it would trigger that warning, it's a normal file. Part of
the modem setup.
