Inetrnet Explorer not saving homepage

Hi ,

I have set www.bbc.co.uk/news as my homepage using Tools - Internet
Options - Set current , the problem is that when i reboot it reverts back to
:-

http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome

Any help advice appreciated

The same happened on my computer and I suppose it's happening everywhere, to
prevent that I added the msn page to Restricted Sites in the Internet
Options Security as follows:
Go to Internet Options\Security\Restricted Sites\and add the msn URL
converted from http://www.msn.com/ to *..msn.com then set your homepage
the usual way.

Found out the cause of the problem

I use a IBM laptop and connect using Thinkvantage Access Connection software
, The hope page is defined within these settings
