Can't get rid of http://uk.msn.com/ as my homepage !

My homepage is set to http://uk.msn.com/ no matter what I do I can't get rid
of it, I have done the normal tools-internet options-general but it just
keeps going to
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x809&pver=6.0&ar=home
what can I do to change this ?

Windows and IE versions?
