Inernet keeps droping out help please???

hi, my internet seems to keep droping out every 5 minutes intervals or
sometimes a day so on.... i seriuosly need help, i can't even do my work. I
have Adsl.

Hi Usama, have you tried calling your ISP?

For example I have DSL through Verizon & have been able to get such problems
fixed at all hours. Your ISP should be able to walk you through what it
takes to connect to their network or if you have a hardware problem
preventing access to their network.
