Thank you, his documents will help to design and impliment, but before I
will have permitions to start this project, I need to explain why this
settings are proposed.
The best way to get approval for it to point to common implemantations (Best
Practice, Industry Most recomended etc).
What I mean, that:
End User can not change screensaver.
End User can not change wallpapper
End User can not execute other programs, than approved etc.

If anyone aware or some kind of publications regarding that, please let me
know.
