I need a resources on the net of any security committee , a party or firm
that writes security standart.



I need it to write a security policy.

I need it to write something like this :

"Trust relationships between systems may only be introduced according to
business requirements, must be documented, and must be approved by "security
committe"

There are all kinds of documents that could help you at
http://www.microsoft.com/security, including papers on tightening security
and using group policy.

Some of these documents are quite long (300+ pages) and detailed, so you'll
spend some time reading them, but after you do, you'll have a much better
idea on how to approach your policy writing.
