At one point, I had excluded Windows Search from indexing my 'hotmail'
account in Microsoft Outlook (I have Outlook configured to pull my Exchange
mail and personal POP3 mail along with my hotmail account). I ended up
removing the hotmail account from Outlook (just viewing via the web now),
but the hotmail exclusion still exists under 'Control Panel|Indexing
Options|Outlook) and there isn't any way to remove it.

I've tried un-indexing Outlook (clearing the checkmark) and rechecking it,
but it retains the exclusion. Anyone know of a way to reset this?

Thanks!
Mark

The indexing options in Vista provide a function to reset default..have you attempted, that route, restarted, and let Vista reinitialize and finalize its search index.
