Index out of bounds?

With Spysweeper, when you try to select and delete the quarrantined files
and a small box with a red error symbol pops up that says, "index out of
bounds," what does that mean? Are they trying to say that the delete
process was unsucessful, or does it have something to do with football?

Programs work off of indexes. And when the index is not correct, a program
will terminate with the message you have encountered. Now, the program
could have completed the task before it encountered the program instruction
that caused it to terminate.

In other words, it's a program problem.

Thanks for your reply. In other words,
its a shortcoming of Spysweeper?
Could it have to do with not having
downloaded enough spy definitions?

I don't know. It could be many things. But most likely it's due to a
programming logic error on the developer's part.

You should try to contact Tech Support for the product, if any, and discuss
the particular problem you are experiencing. Maybe, they have a solution.

On the other hand, you can find another product that does the same thing
but works.
