"array index out of bounds" can't delete declined task message

Outlook 2007 and BCM. I received messages that tasks were declined but I
can't delete these messages. When I try to delete the messages I get a
message that says: "array index out of bounds" with the ever more absurd "was
this information helpful"

What is that all about and how do I delete the messages.

These were originally in my inbox. When I tried to delete them from my inbox
I got the message: "cannot do this action on this type of attachment." I
moved them to my junk mail folder to get them out of the way but I would love
to delete them entirely.
