Array index out of bounds

Anybody know how to delete a task request that is giving me the error "Array
index out of bounds"?
 
Two things you should try is this:

- Use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to delete this task.
(Only possible if you're running off an Exchange server
and the admins have enabled OWA)
- Try Saving the Task Order in the Tasks folder
(Action / Save Task Order)
