Indeo Codecs

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew where i can get a free
download of the indeo codecs package. I need to run a
game,I have visited the ligos indeo codecs site but dont
fancy paying $16.96 for something that was incuded with
windows previously..Why oh why did microsoft decide not
to include the codecs with win xp sp1 many thanx in
advance

Hi,

Most codices are pre-included with Windows XP. The Indeo
Codec is sometimes absent you can download it FREE from:
http://softwareupdates.roxio.com/gm/Products/en/videowave_mc/v1/IndeoXPSP1.exe

When the download box pops up, click Save. After it's saved
click OPEN to install the Codec onto your system. Good Luck!
