incredimail add in for outlook know How I can retrieve it

I had outlook incredimail and when I downloaded an update for outlook it
stopped functioning anyone know how I can re intall it. Incredimail does not
have it anymore. Or does anyone know hat I can use with out look to give the
similiar use of graphic. etc

First, go to Outlook's Help menu, click About Microsoft Office Outlook, and
click the Disabled Items button at the bottom -- see if IncrediMail is listed
there. If not, see if you can uninstall IncrediMail through Control Panel |
Add/Remove Programs. You should be able to get the latest version of
IncrediMail at http://www.incredimail.com/english/splash/splash.asp.

You were right about it being disabled but enabling it has not helped.
Incredimail comes up when I clikc on a background it says outlook has an
error and closes.

Then you may have to uninstall and re-install the IncrediMail add-in. Before
doing that, though try deleting the extend.dat file while Outlook is closed.
If you use Windows 2000 or XP, make sure you search within hidden folders for
the extend.dat file.
