How to get data from incredimail to outlook 2003 ?

Hi There,

Does anyone know how i can get my data from Incredimail to my outlook 2003 ?
I always used Incredimail, but i'm missing the agenda.
So now i want to use Outlook 2003, but Outlook can't import data from Incredimail.
