How do I import all my mail from Incredimail XE in to Outlook

I want to change my email program from Incredimail XE Build ID 4001930, Setup
ID 7 PN 52910335 to Outlook 2003. I have tried the import function in
Outlook. but can't seem to get it to work on Incredimail.

Can anyone help please ?

No e-mail program can provide support for every other e-mail program.
Outlook can import directly from a few other programs. It can also import
from a file. So has Incredimail ever gotten around to helping their
customers rather than keeping them hostage by letting them export their
messages? They got you. They don't want to let go.
