Increase C drive memory

Hi there,
Please help!!!
I have C and D drive on my Hrd with XP pro. My C drive
has 20 Gig and almost gone and my D drive has 60 Gig and
hardly touched. How can I transfer some of the gig from D
to C drive. Almost all programs automatically stored in
C drive.
I appreciate and thank so much for the help.

To do this you must purchase a program like Partition Magic which will allow
you to resize D.
