Incorrect time

We are taking the time from a Internet clock but recently by doing so the
time has been adjusted back with an hour on all XP-desktops connected to the
network. The only chance to get the right time now is to set the time static.
Could any please help me to understand why this is happening?

It sounds like a wrong time zone setting or a daylight savings time issue.
Do all desktops individually access the Internet time server or are they
synching to one server that does so?
