File times change when Daylight Saving changed.

The time on Files that are months old and which are stored on a server
advanced one hour when I had the 'Automatically adjust clock for daylight
savings change' checked on my desktop computer. When I uncheck the
automatically adjust clock the file times will revert back. But then the time
on my computer is behind by an hour. I've never heard of the daylight savings
change affecting file times before. What's happening?

The time on the file is the UTC (GMT) time that the file was stored.
What you see on the screen display is the UTC time adjusted for your
time zone. If you compute the UTC time for either of your cases,
you will find that it is the same for both.
