daylight savings and outlook calendar

when daylight savings changes the clocks our computers it changed all of our appointments an hour ahead. when i take off daylight savings off, the appointments go back to it's original time. i changed the clock to and hour ahead but when i reboot, the clock changes to an hour behind. is there any fixes for this or work arounds other than changing the appoinments and hour back
