If you have a pc not logged in (XP, or XP embedded) and Date/Time crosses the
'line' between Europe Standard Time and Daylight Standard Time, the Date/Time
changes right, according to the settings 'automatically adjust clock for
daylight saving changes'. now switch off the power supply, so the PC goes
down. Turn on again and windows XP starts but the clock has one hour more. do
the same again and you have another hour! now login once. you can do the same
test but everything works right. It'seems that xp changes the time but it do
not save this information until you login. so if you power off and than on
the system changes the time again. why?
