Incorrect time stamp - shows one hour less

Sending or Receiving shows one hour earlier than the correct time / computer
clock. Any suggestions?
 
Hey Cliff,

Make sure you are in the correct time zone in the Date and Time Properties.
 
Time is set correctly as Central in both Outlook and the Date/Times Properties
