When I send out an e-mail message using Outlook, the time sent stamp shows my
message was sent one hour earlier then the time my computer clock is
displaying.

G'Day Cassie,

Check Outlook (Calendar Options, Time Zone)
AND/OR
Check Windows (Control Panel, Date and Time, Time Zone)

Check your daylight savings time settings. Tools, Options, Calendar Options,
Time Zones. Make sure the "automatically adjust for daylight savings time"
is checked.
