Incorrect physical ram showed in win2k server

When adding new 1GB ram to Proliant ML350 with existing
128MB, it only shows 128MB and does not reflect the new
one. However, the bios could count up to 1280MB and see
the memory module installed when booting up. Does somebody
know what's wrong and help? Thanks in advance.

Make sure your BIOS is flashed current.

Make sure that your C:\boot.ini switch don't have a maxmem or other memory
switch set.
