I open a web browser page with IE6. The page has links to
video files of .mpg, .avi or other formats. When I left
click on those video links, the default action the
computer is taking is to pop up a dialog box which asks
what action I would like to take. OPEN/SAVE/CANCEL/INFO
are my options. I would like to change the default action
to "open" for these video files.

You have been asnwered, answered and answered! And also told how to better
address these newsgroups.

Ok numbnuts, if you haven't taken the hint, none of the
advise so far has worked. Now go blow!

As far as how to better address these groups, I have been
doing it this way for years. Fukuoff!!

For the rest of the group, no advise as yet has solved my
problem. Thanks for your help so far, and maybe I'll get
it pretty soon.

Much love!

I hope not.

1. You seem to be doing that for us.
2. CDO posters have a long way to go.

Much love!

Do you always get no answers. Perhaps you should change how you address the group.

You actually need to EDIT kelly's file before use. But we are all bored with you. You chose the MOST respected and liked person here to abuse. That is dumb.

And you've been posting for less than a year.
