Incorrect Icon Displaying in Taskbar

When I check the "Group Similar Taskbar Buttons" for Taskbar Properties, I
get a "Folder" icon for multiple Internet Explorer windows. In the past, I
believe that it was always the Internet Explorer "e", but somehow it seems to
have changed.

Any suggestions on a straightforward way to correct this?

Right click on Desktop and sect Properties, Desktop tab, Customise
Desktop, select Icon from small window and click on Change Icon. There
is also a Restore Default which might suit you better than Change Icon.
