Seconded.
Except I think you shoulda recommended dumping the XP search tool, Kelly,
and instead suggested using either AgentRansack or FileLocator Pro, since
the XP search tool is really *next to useless* (by its "conveniently"
skipping over some file types in its searches)

That being said, I haven't used anything else, so can't really speak for it.
Actually, I don't have a real need for the native search either.
