"Incorrect function" when accessing removable drives

I have this problem. Win2k Pro SP2, Norton Antivirus
2003, Ahead InCD, Nero Burning Rom installed.

The Norton (Symantec) web site support page suggests
updating or removal or both InCD and Nero. They are
currently investiagting the problem and are unable to
reproduce the fault!

I am currently trying to fix my PC with these solutions.

Anyone else have the same problem or have found a fix?
 
Removal of In-CD works!

I have spoken to "BOB" who has resolved the problem in the
same way.
 
I have the same problem... But when I try to uninstall
InCD (using Ad/Remove Programs) it says InCD is not
there! It is, though, because I have used it!
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the updated
Nero.. Still no go. I cannot access my D: or A:
drives!
Did you have problems uninstalling InCD?
