I just upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2004. I now
cannot access my cd rom

. Any help or ideas out there?

Hello Karl,

It sounds like an incompatibility between software.

"Incorrect Function" Error Message When You Access the CD-ROM Drive.

Do you have the B's Recording Software or Nero installed?

If yes, uninstall them (one by one) and than test.
