Incomplete uninstallation of SP2

Hi, i tried uninstalling the SP2 through the add/remove programs in the
control panel, but it seemed to "lag" though it still began inspecting my
computer and deleting its files...well a day later with it still deleting
files i knew something was wrong and stopped it with the task manager. But
when i went to reboot I got an error to replace the ntfs.sys file with my xp
cd. So i did that, but now currently when my os boots up after the osloader
screen comes up, it goes Completely Blank!

I dont know what all files the SP2 uninstallation deleted during its
process, but is there anyway i can get a list of files that the sp2 is
associated with? Also a method to restore all of them with my XP CD, so i am
able to use my computer again?

This is very important to me, i am a programmer and have countless hours of
work that i could lose by reinstalling the OS

I appreciate Any replies. Thanks!!
